Location: Brigg (Own transport essential)
Start Date: Immediate start available
We're hiring two Machine Operators to join our production team in Brigg. If you have experience with manual production tools like edging, trimming, band saws, or routers-and thrive in a fast-paced environment-this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Available Roles: 1️⃣ Permanent Day Shift- Hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 07:45 - 16:45
- Fri: 07:45 - 12:45 (early finish!)
- Pay: £12.33/hour
- Hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 14:00 - 00:15
- Fridays off!
- Pay: Competitive base rate + £15 per completed shift (£60/week)
- Operate manual edging, trimming, band saw, and routing tools with precision
- Deliver consistent, high-quality output
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean working area
- Meet production targets in a high-volume environment
- Report faults or quality issues promptly
- Experienced in manual production processes
- Skilled in using band saws and routing tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Well-organised and reliable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Own transport is essential due to location
