Due to our continued growth we are now building a flexible pool of Traffic Management Operatives (Second Operative) in Scunthorpe who can support our operations as and when required. This is a zero-hour contract role, ideal if you’re looking for flexibility, extra income, or an entry point into the traffic management industry.

What you'll do:
- Assist lead operatives with installing and maintaining temporary traffic setups (traffic lights, road closures, pedestrian systems).
- Support safe and efficient site operations, working as part of a team.
- Help load/unload and set up equipment.
- Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and professionalism on-site.
- Setting examples in safety and quality, because that’s how we keep our solid reputation.

- Reliable, punctual individuals who can be called upon at short notice
- Strong team players with good communication skills
- Previous experience in traffic management is not essential but is desired
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
