Facilities Maintenance Operative

Corsham | £26,200 per annum | 8am - 4pm | Monday-Friday | Trainee position, no experience requred | Permanent Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Operative to join a well-established company in Corsham. This permanent position requires candidates to have their own transport due to the site location. No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.

Key Duties
  • Clean and maintain high standards of cleanliness across offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas, including deep cleaning when required.
  • Use MHE equipment (training provided) to empty large containers.
  • Assist with minor building repairs and checks, including changing light bulbs and simple maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare meeting rooms, set up furniture, and manage hospitality for events.
  • Follow health and safety procedures, manage cleaning chemicals, and monitor site security and CCTV.
  • Check and replenish consumables, including vending and meeting room supplies.
Requirements
  • No prior experience required.
  • Good attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Own transport due to site location.
