Your New Job
You will be working as a SEND Teaching Assistant supporting pupils with special educational needs in a primary school setting. This role involves working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support to children with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You'll be expected to help create a positive learning environment, assist with classroom activities, and provide one-to-one or small group support where needed.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience working with children with SEND, ideally in a school setting
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A relevant qualification or training in SEND (desirable but not essential)
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one through Hays
