Mobile Cleaner / Supervisor – £15 per hour
Various Locations | Full time | Company Van Provided
Working 3pm - 8pm - Overtime will be required on occasion.
Are you an experienced Supervisor?
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver exceptional cleaning services across multiple client sites.
You’ll maintain high standards of cleanliness while supporting and supervising a team of cleaners. You’ll be the driving force behind quality control, team motivation, and smooth day-to-day operations — all while travelling between locations in a company-provided van.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervisory Duties
• Oversee and support cleaning staff across multiple sites
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleaning schedules are met
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance
• Monitor stock levels and manage supply orders
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Complete admin tasks (logs, timesheets, reports)
• Act as the key contact for clients and the Contracts Manager
Cleaning duties when needed to help teams with illness and holiday cover.

• Valid UK driving licence
• Proven experience in cleaning and team supervision
