What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll lead and inspire a team of two, working closely with the wider HR function and key stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and pay structures
- Managing our company vehicle fleet in line with safety and commercial standards
- Enhancing our total benefits offering to attract and retain top talent
- Leading annual HR processes including surveys and pay reviews
- Overseeing payroll operations and mitigating business risk
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, external providers, and trade unions
- Ensuring pension administration is accurate and compliant
- Staying ahead of legislative changes (e.g. gender pay reporting, national living wage)

- Proven experience leading HR and Reward & Recognition teams
- Strong understanding of HR legislation and regulated environments
- A track record of driving change and operational excellence
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and a solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence, diplomacy, and resilience in challenging situations
- Tech-savviness, especially with Microsoft Office and HR systems
