Crynodeb
Job responsibilities Develop, maintain and promote effective professional working relationships with other disciplines and members of the Occupational Therapy Team. Be responsible for managing a clinical caseload from assessment to discharge/transfer of care within defined protocols, in order to facilitate a timely and safe discharge from hospital. To liaise with Social Services, NHS Community Occupational Therapists and other community agencies with regard to provision of equipment, treatment and/or support for patients on discharge. To be aware of medical and therapeutic developments affecting the Occupational Therapist's role. Carry out all professional duties in accordance with the code of professional conduct as issued by the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
