Are you an English Teacher looking for a rewarding new challenge where every day makes a real impact?
We're working with a newly established specialist secondary school in Bury, supporting students aged 11-16 with EHCPs for autism and/or speech, language, and communication needs.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity where you'll not only shape learning but also help build a positive, supportive school culture from the ground up.
This school's vision is simple: every young person deserves to flourish. Learning is personalised, nurturing, and designed to help pupils grow academically, socially, and emotionally. With purpose-built facilities-including sensory spaces, therapy rooms, and access to technology like iPads in every lesson-you'll be part of a forward-thinking environment where innovation thrives.
The curriculum blends English and core subjects with life skills, PSHE, RSE, and wellbeing strategies, giving every learner the tools they need for a meaningful future.
