Crynodeb
To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUHs PRIDE values of People focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture. To support Clinical Educators in the delivery of both the theoretical and practical components of educational, developmental and training programmes, using a range of teaching/learning styles within scope of practice. To coach learners on various educational and training programmes, enhancing their learning experience and their understanding of how different roles contribute to the patients care and experience. To support and encourage the development of unregistered Health Care Support Workers to progress along a career pathway with can lead to registration, undertaking apprenticeships and other programmes of learning, with a step on step off approach.
