What skills and experience we're looking for
The Role:
We are seeking an inspirational and dedicated Headteacher to lead our school into the next phase of its development. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving educational excellence and fostering a positive school culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the school, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.
• Develop and implement school policies and procedures that promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Lead and manage the school's staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and collaboration.
• Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to build strong partnerships and promote the school's vision and values.
• Ensure the effective management of the school's resources, including budgeting and financial planning.
About You:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in a senior leadership role within a school setting.
• A strong commitment to raising standards and achieving excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• A deep understanding of current educational policies and practices.
