Contract: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only + 1 Working Week
Fixed Term Temporary Contract.
Little London Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Attendance Officer. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will work under the direct instruction of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will support efforts to improve attendance and punctuality across the Academy.
The ideal applicant will have:
• The ability to improve the attendance of students at the Academy.
• Good communication skills, to communicate with parents/carers.
• Good organisation skills.
• The ability to work with parents/carers, pastoral colleagues and SLT.

Little London Academy formally joined The Gorse Academies Trust in February 2024.
GORSE have established a long-standing culture of excellence where ‘high challenge, high support’ is commonplace. Our trust will be made up of 15 establishments by September 2025. In addition to this, we also operate GORSE SCITT and Leeds Teaching School Hub, important establishments in their own right.
