Type of Work: Social Housing - reactive maintenance to tenanted properties
Must have: Clean Driving Licence & experience working with tenanted social housing properties. NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 and above in a trade.
6 month Fixed Term Contract potentially leading to a permanent role.
Monday - Friday - with some overtime/call out required also.
My client are a leading Social Housing Contractor, with a great reputation who offer great benefits and security of work for their employees.
The Contractor are working on a long term framework with a Local Authority, providing reactive maintenance services to tenanted properties across the Coalville region, alongside some void work and occasional planned refurbishment projects.
- They are recruiting for experienced and hard working Multi Skilled Operatives to join them on a permanent basis. Work to include - Groundworks, Decorating, Joinery, Plastering and Plumbing.
- Type of work will largely be reactive maintenance to tenanted properties, with some planned and void work also.
- It's essential you have experience of working closely with residents and within people's homes.
You must be a minimum of NVQ Level 2 qualified (ideally Level 3) or equivalent in an appropriate trade.
Salary is up to £36k plus van/fuel card (van is for work purposes only)
