Your new role
Contract: Temporary
Pay Rate: £18.95- £19.96 p/hr
Please note we only pay PAYE or Umbrella. We do not pay CIS
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday, 37 hrs a week
Location: Coalville & surrounding areas
As a Multi Skilled Plasterer/ Bricklayer, you'll be part of a customer-focused team responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and improvement work. Most of the work will be carried out in occupied homes, with some in void properties.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out plastering and associated multi-skilled work to required standards
- Recording time, materials, and job details using a PDA device
- Maintaining vehicle stock levels to support a Right First Time approach
- Supporting a culture of excellent customer service and continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence (you'll be issued a company vehicle)
- Solid working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and safe practices
- Experience working in occupied domestic properties
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A flexible, team-oriented approach
