Management, control, and transition of ceremonial clothing accounts from manual records to the Management of Joint Deployable Inventories (MJDI) IT database system, ensuring compliance with inventory management policies and procedures. (Training provided)
Manage and process all e-Cat demands for ceremonial clothing, ensuring timely procurement and accurate stock control, while maintaining and updating the Ceremonial Requirements database to reflect current holdings and future needs.
Oversee and manage the photocopier contract, ensuring logistical support for administrative functions and resolving any service-related issues.
Support the procurement of ceremonial clothing, accoutrements, and equine items through MOD IT system, ensuring all purchases are conducted in line with procurement regulations and value-for-money principles.
Provide logistical advice and support to Household Division units, including guidance on processes, to ensure effective inventory management and compliance with policy.
Accompany military personnel when required to support Ceremonial Clothing Conditioning Boards, ensuring accurate recording of outcomes and follow-up actions to maintain operational readiness.
Collate, analyse, and maintain unit data related to ceremonial clothing and equipment, providing logistical insights to inform decision-making and planning.
Act as the first point of contact for Local Purchase requests related to ceremonial clothing and equine welfare, ensuring requests are processed efficiently and in accordance with procurement and welfare policies.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with units, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of logistical operations and the timely delivery of goods and services.
