With a degree in civil engineering, or with extensive drainage experience, you will have expert technical skills regarding civil engineering, with specialist knowledge of drainage and flood risk management.

You should possess excellent communication and project management skills, with proven experience of dealing with the public and elected members. Additionally, proficiency in report writing and translating technical documents.
