About the role:
Gloucestershire Professional Services is hiring an Exams Coordinator on a 12-month contract to support the delivery of exams across Gloucestershire College. The role involves managing exam entries, registrations, results, and certifications with precision, while ensuring compliance with awarding body regulations. You’ll work closely with curriculum teams and support services to plan exams, coordinate access arrangements, and provide a smooth experience for learners.
The position also includes training and scheduling invigilators, handling internal and external exam queries, and supporting inspections and audits. You’ll contribute to college-wide events like enrolment and awards ceremonies, and help maintain high standards of data protection and customer service. Occasionally, you may be required to invigilate exams yourself.
