Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Change Lead to drive the business change strategy for a fast-paced ERP implementation programme across multiple regions. This is a high-impact role requiring a pragmatic, culturally aware leader who can adapt strategies to suit diverse environments and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the end-to-end change strategy for a complex ERP transformation programme.
- Lead a team of Change Managers and Communications professionals, providing direction, coaching, and oversight.
- Navigate regional and cultural differences to ensure successful adoption and engagement across geographies.
- Collaborate closely with programme leadership, business units, and external partners to align change initiatives with business goals.
- Apply insightful and adaptable approaches to change management, balancing strategic vision with practical delivery.
- Ensure change activities are integrated with programme milestones and business readiness plans.
- Champion stakeholder engagement and communication, tailoring messaging to suit different audiences.
Experience Required:
- Proven track record of leading large-scale ERP change programmes in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing teams of Change Managers and Communications professionals.
- Strong understanding of regional and cultural dynamics in change delivery.
- Ability to work pragmatically, using insight and emotional intelligence to influence and drive outcomes.
- Experience in professional services or legal sectors
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and delivery levels.
