The role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Advisor to support a 5-month transformation project focused on streamlining organisational design within a reduced budget. Working closely with senior leaders, HR, and Finance, you'll drive and support change activity, ensuring legal compliance, clear communication, and inclusive consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support change initiatives, impact assessments, and consultation processes
Collaborate with HR, senior leadership, and trade unions
Develop change plans, comms strategies, and risk mitigation plans
Support stakeholder engagement and build internal change capability
What the client is looking for:
Strong experience in organisational change and employee relations
Skilled in stakeholder management, change communication, and facilitation
Knowledge of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
Confident working in fast-paced, sensitive environments
What the client offers:
Hybrid working (London SE1)
37 hours per week
5-month assignment with a high-profile public sector body
