What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students with SEND across KS3 and KS4
• Delivering structured interventions (literacy, numeracy, emotional regulation)
• Collaborating with SENCOs, teachers, and external agencies
• Tracking progress and providing regular feedback to staff
• Assisting with classroom differentiation and lesson planning
• Encouraging student independence and confidence
