Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Worker to join our dynamic Justice Services team. This is a vital role providing high-quality administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of justice-related services.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to justice teams, including case management, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and databases in line with confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Support meetings through minute-taking, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and service users in a professional and timely manner.
About You:-
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a business support or administrative role, ideally within a justice or public service setting.

Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Level 1 Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
