The position offers a hybrid working model, combining work-from-home flexibility with regular site visits to locations including Wolverhampton, Littlehampton, Portsmouth, and Colchester. Responsibilities As a Health and Safety Site Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and completing safe systems of work, risk assessments, and method statements to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Conducting regular site visits to monitor safety standards and provide guidance to on-site teams.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
- A relevant qualification in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is highly desirable.
- A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various sites as required.
