We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Islington to assist with the appointment of a Caretaker, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £15.86 - £21.13 per hour
Responsibilities:
Carry out routine caretaking duties including cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance of communal areas.
Ensure buildings, facilities, and surrounding areas are safe, clean, and well maintained.
Report repairs, hazards, or safety concerns to the appropriate teams.
Support residents and colleagues by providing access, moving equipment, and assisting with general requests.
Lock/unlock premises and ensure security of buildings.
Requirements:
Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, cleaning, or a similar maintenance role.
Basic knowledge of health & safety procedures.
Ability to carry out manual labour and use equipment/tools safely.
Good communication skills and a proactive, reliable approach.

You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
You should have right to work in U.K
