What skills and experience we're looking for
The Quinta Primary School, Congleton, is seeking to appoint a skilled adult with a passion for working with primary age children. The essential requirements are:
• Level 3 teaching assistant qualification
• Experience and knowledge of implementing SEND strategies.
• Child centred approach with strong PACE (Relationship based approach) experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Evidence of building positive relationships with parents, pupils and staff
Desirable:
• Experience of class cover
• Knowledge and working experience with White Rose maths and Read, Write Inc phonics.
