Crynodeb
Deliver day-to-day clinical care in the radiology department Show flexibility and undertake different appropriate clinical tasks at the request of the clinical manager, as the need arises Actively participate in the departments teaching programme and undertake supervision, teaching and training of radiology registrars, medical trainees and other multiprofessional staff, in line with guidance from the relevant Royal Colleges or specialty bodies Participate in the current on-call provision and in line with national guidance, the post holder will engage and be part of a team in the provision of 7 day working and/or on call availability in the future, if this is feasible within the workforce. The job plan will be reviewed to provide for this and time off in lieu would be considered as deemed appropriate for weekend working. The successful applicant, as per trust policy, will undertake an active mentoring programme within the trust. The appropriate mentor/mentors will be discussed and decided by the Clinical and Divisional Director and Speciality lead, in conjunction with the successful applicant.
