The Role:
As Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, and maintaining exceptional standards of care for all clients. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a dedicated team of care staff, develop care plans, and foster strong relationships with clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
Develop, monitor, and update personalised care plans for clients.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals, and training to maintain high-quality care.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements where necessary.
About You:
Experienced in a care management role within domiciliary or social care.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
Compassionate, organised, and proactive.
