Cardiff | £12.21 per hour | Monday - Friday (Full-Time) | Temporary - Ongoing

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join a busy legal firm in Cardiff on a temporary, ongoing basis. As the first point of contact, you will provide a professional front-of-house service while supporting the wider office team with administrative duties.

Key Duties
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating appointments.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (experience within a legal or professional services environment desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
