The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team from September 2025. In this role, you will provide tailored support to children in Key Stage 1 with a range of special educational needs, including learning difficulties, speech and language needs, and social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will deliver targeted interventions, assist with classroom activities, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.
