The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team from September 2025. In this role, you will provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies, monitor progress, and create a positive and nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and proactive, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.
