Crynodeb
The post holder will demonstrate leadership skills to support with, negotiation, change management and communication skills, to support the Better Births lead and maternity services in overcoming barriers to transformation and change. Will need to engage with service users and other stakeholders to ensure that activities to support in delivering the project plan (s) that are coproduced and responsive to the needs of women and their families. The post holder will work with key stakeholders to help develop and deliver a project plan to achieve the nationally agreed targets. The post holder will support the Better Births lead in the co-ordination of the work of any sub-groups arising from the project, monitoring the progress of their work against relevant project plans, ensuring these are in line and on time to achieve the overall aims and objectives of the project.
