Are you friendly, reliable, and love helping people? Chelsea Baby Store in Brierley Hill is looking for a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team, weekends are essential with the possibility of additional weekday hours.

Chelsea Baby Store is a trusted local retailer specialising in high-quality baby products, from prams and car seats to clothing and essentials. We pride ourselves on offering a warm, welcoming environment and expert advice to new and expectant parents.
Location:
Chelsea Baby Store, Brierley Hill, DY5 1TJ
(Located near the Merry Hill area with easy access and parking)
The Role Includes:
Providing a warm and helpful welcome to every customer
Offering product advice and guidance to families
Assisting with till operations and handling payments
Unpacking deliveries and replenishing stock on the shop floor
Keeping the store clean, tidy, and inviting
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, cheerful and approachable personality
Retail or customer service experience (baby product knowledge is a bonus!)
Working weekends (Saturday/Sunday) is essential.
A team player with good communication skills
