Summary

Full-time Teaching Assistants to work across both primary and secondary age groups.This inclusive and well-resourced school supports pupils aged 3 to 19 with a range of complex needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
- Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- Physical Disabilities (PD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils in classroom and therapeutic settings
- Assist with personal care and mobility where needed
- Promote emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver individual learning plans
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience in special education, care, or youth support roles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs
