Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Location: Leeds
Type: Temporary - 3 months
Salary: £22.30

Manpower are currently recruiting for our client a Information Request Officer in Leeds City Centre.


Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, team player and passionate about using information to support decision-making? We're looking for an Information Request Officer to join an Performance and Impact Team.
In this key role, you'll ensure that responses to high-profile information requests meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness. You'll be central to how we communicate performance insights to senior stakeholders in the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and responding to incoming information requests from across the the organisation and wider stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

  • Leading and delivering specific reporting tasks for senior audiences including government departments and executive leadership.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve the quality of our responses.

  • Attending regular team meetings to support service improvement and ensure shared understanding of goals and challenges.

  • Contributing to the ongoing refinement and development of guidance materials and internal processes related to information requests.
