The post holder will be expected to: Lead on the financial delivery of the service ensuring it is cost effective and delivered on time. Evaluate projects/function within identified portfolio for delivery against financial recovery/savings plans through providing sophisticated, high quality project analysis. Provide specialist training, advice and support on own role/ responsibilities where necessary. Contribute to the development of key performance indicators for the successful assessment of individual and workstream success. Focus work according to the agreed workstreams assuming responsibility for own objectives and areas of priority to realise intended benefits. Raise the profile of T-Levels and related employment and academic programme opportunities upon completion of the T-Level, with workforce transformation leads and senior leaders across the system. Work in line with GDPR requirements, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring records are accurate and where requested, archiving/deleting records in line with requirements. Take personal responsibility for minimising health, safety and security risks while also supporting others to do likewise. Support diversity, promote social inclusion and work to reduce inequalities in health opportunities through widening participation engagement with the target groups. Communicate information to others, in an accessible format and range of approaches, visual, written and hands on activities. Always address individuals respectfully and with a kind manner. Act with tact and diplomacy where this is indicated. Support people to speak up so that their thoughts, ideas and concerns are heard. Act in ways that support equality and value diversity, treating everyone with dignity and respect and recognising and reporting behaviour that undermines equality and diversity. Commit to the potential need within the role for flexible working, this may include working some evenings, or weekend days to cover events to meet workstream outcomes.
