We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales process. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers.
Your Role:
• Provide administrative support.
• Process sales orders and manage inventory levels, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service and support in a professional manner. Telephone etiquette a must
• Handle correspondence via Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely communication with clients and colleagues.
To be considered you must have the following
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Sage or similar accounting software is advantageous.
• Strong administrative experience with a focus on sales administration tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer skills with a high level of computer literacy.
• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• A background in customer service is beneficial.

This is a full time temp to perm role.
This role is Monday to Friday
9am-5pm Monnday to Thursday and 9am-2:45pm Fridays
Wage is negotiable based on experience.
