Crynodeb
This post brings together all aspects required for the safe, regulatory compliant, effective and efficient operation of the Groups estate, buildings, plant and equipment. The post holder shall also ensure that the morale of staff within the team is at a satisfactory level and that the team feels engaged with the FIE directorate and the wider Group. The postholder will ensure that the best possible environment and Estates Service is provided 24 hours a day to the Group within available resources for the benefit of patients, visitors and staff across the Groups various sites.
