An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Speech and Language Practitioner to work within Waltham Forest College, supporting our Foundation Learning SEND learners. You will provide support to students with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) by implementing targeted interventions and working collaboratively with the Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) team to enhance access to learning and improve communication skills. The post holder will deliver a variety of support, including contributing to CPD days and contribute to inclusive practice across the College. Other general responsibilities will also include: Creating resources, providing cover for colleagues, supporting enrolment and open events, carrying out administrative tasks, contributing to and participating in Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Annual Reviews.
