Are you a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant with experience supporting upper Key Stage 2 pupils?

Your RoleAs the Year 6 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with EHCPs or additional learning needs.
- Assist with literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support plans.
- Help pupils build confidence and independence ahead of secondary transition.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in KS2.
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
