The Precision Facilities Operative is responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of deepcleaning across designated areas in accordance with a structured cleaning schedule. This role complements general housekeeping operations and plays a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe,and hygienic environment for all campus users. A strong emphasis is placed on attention to detail,efficiency, and minimizing disruption to building occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of floors, corridors, washrooms, lifts, stairwells, and changing rooms.
- Clean all surfaces including doors, vents, walls, skirting boards, and high-touch areas.
- Maintain cleaning standards as per Sodexo guidelines and client requirements.
- Manage daily tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Follow health and safety protocols, reporting hazards and using equipment responsibly.
Skills &Qualifications
- Experience in professional cleaning with knowledge of industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle pressure.
