Are you an experienced lettings professional looking to join a growing, supportive estate agency? Gillespie Recruitment is seeking a Portfolio Manager for a leading branch in Prudhoe, part of a fast-growing estate agency group in the Northeast. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio, drive new business, and support a high-performing team.
About the Role
As a Portfolio Manager you will:
Take ownership of your lettings portfolio, managing existing clients and building new relationships.
Drive new business initiatives, actively prospecting for clients and properties.
Negotiate and close rental agreements while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed KPIs and support branch growth.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and maintenance issues.
This role requires a proactive, target-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in lettings or estate agency.
Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
Proven track record in new business development and achieving targets.
Full UK driving license (required).
Flexible, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

37.5-hour work week: Monday–Friday + one Saturday in three (9am–1pm).
