You’ll work in small class settings, guided by a leadership team renowned for their award-winning approach to behaviour, inclusion, and emotional development. This isn’t just about managing behaviour — it’s about changing lives, step by step, with consistency, care, and clarity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Offering 1:1 and small group mentoring for pupils with SEMH diagnoses
• Supporting pupils with daily routines, transitions, and emotional regulation
• Reinforcing behaviour plans and de-escalation protocols in and out of class
• Collaborating with in-house therapists, pastoral leads, and external agencies
• Acting as a consistent adult role model, building trust over time
• Supporting students to rebuild confidence, resilience, and academic engagement
