What skills and experience we're looking for
Proven experience of working with children and young people in a safeguarding, pastoral, welfare, or family support capacity.
Experience of working effectively with vulnerable children and/or those with SEND.
Experience of liaising with external agencies (e.g., social care, CAMHS, health, police).
Evidence of managing sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Working in a school or similar setting.
Handling sensitive or confidential information
Communicating effectively with parents/carers
