Document Controller - Central London!

Are you a highly organised and meticulous Document Controller ready to take on a pivotal role in the heart of London? We are looking for a dedicated Document Controller to join one of our clients. Working a full-time, Monday to Friday schedule in our Central London office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives on managing information and ensuring project success. We're offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 for a candidate with a keen eye for detail and a passion for order.

Your Key Responsibilities:

As our Document Controller, you will be the central point for all project documentation. Your duties will include:

  • Document Management: Meticulously manage the flow of project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence, from creation to archiving.

  • Quality & Compliance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring they comply with our rigorous procedural standards.

  • System Administration: Maintain and update our electronic document management system (EDMS), ensuring all information is accurate, secure, and easily accessible to the project team.

  • Support & Collaboration: Provide essential support to various project teams, offering guidance on document control processes and resolving any queries that arise.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed trackers and logs to create a clear audit trail for all project documentation.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid administrative background.

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong proficiency in a document management system (EDMS) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

  • A meticulous approach and a high degree of accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
