Crynodeb
- To provide support for the Trusts Wide and Local Area Networks in conjunction with the Network Team Lead. - Provide infrastructure support to ensure high availability, security and usability of the LAN/WAN that is transparent to users. - To assist in the development of the data and voice network in line with the Trust policies. - Maintenance of networked systems and, where appropriate, resolve or assist in troubleshooting any problems with those systems. - Troubleshoot and triage all initial network related issues that occur trust wide. - To assist with the installation of cabling throughout all of the client sites. - To document data and voice network infrastructure as it is developed and maintained. - To provide support to assist in the resolution of service desk incidents to agreed service levels. - To ensure the effective operation and regular testing of telecommunications infrastructure services and systems. - To work closely with those responsible for telecommunications operations, particularly the Contact Centre, Switchboard. - To participate in the out of hours on-call rota. - Demonstrate to core values and behaviours of the Trust.
