Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Day Shifts – £22.40 per hour

What We’re Looking For
- Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Strong clinical skills and confidence in delivering high-quality nursing care.
- Experience in a nursing home or care home setting (desirable).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach with a commitment to dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans and best practice.
- Use your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
- Respond to medical needs and emergencies during day shifts, ensuring safety and dignity.
- Lead, support, and guide care staff, fostering teamwork and professional development.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
