Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Day Shifts – £22.40 per hour

What We’re Looking For

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • Strong clinical skills and confidence in delivering high-quality nursing care.
  • Experience in a nursing home or care home setting (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient-centred approach with a commitment to dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans and best practice.
  • Use your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
  • Respond to medical needs and emergencies during day shifts, ensuring safety and dignity.
  • Lead, support, and guide care staff, fostering teamwork and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with regulatory standards.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
