Overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly rate
Duration: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Rolling Shift Pattern; 5days on 3days off, average 39.5hrs per week. Working weekends and bank holidays is a requirement.

About you
You must hold a current HGV2 licence with ADR and your CPC. You will have a history of excellent customer service and a “can do”
attitude with safe, courteous, considerate and economic driving at all times.
About the role
Our fuel delivery drivers keep our hire fleet of generators running with deliveries of fuel using various vehicles depending on
site conditions and fuel quantities required.

Key responsibilities
* Effective route planning to ensure all jobs completed efficiently
* Completing daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicles are in good repair
* Carry out risk assessments prior to offload
* Assist customers with advice on use of fuel and safe storage
* The refuel of generators with both tanker and bowsers
* Recording all fuel dispensed
* Yard refuels as and when required
* Ensuring vehicles are replenished and ready for work after use
* Assist in yard duties as required
* Assisting other departments when workloads require
* Carrying out repairs to vehicles as required
* Keeping lorry and other vehicles clean and tidy
This is an exciting opportunity for a Tanker / Fuel Driver who is looking for a challenge and to work for a progressive company at
the forefront of power generation.
Working outside of normal working hours will be a requirement as this is an emergency support business. Due to the nature of our
business, overtime is routinely available and paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
