Location: Flexible (with travel) Salary: £38,397 - £42,723 Contract: Full-time, 12 month Fixed Term Mental Health Matters (MHM) is looking for an experienced and compassionate Quality and Practice Manager to help us continuously improve the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our mental health services. About the role: Working alongside operational leaders and our National Clinical Lead, you'll support operational quality assurance, reflective practice, co-production, and service improvement. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will shape practice, enhance outcomes, and ensure our services meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional leadership and coaching across services Lead quality assurance and service improvement initiatives and projects Facilitate reflective supervision and communities of practice Drive co-production, data-led decision-making, and impact measurement Support service model alignment with best practice and national guidance Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed continuous improvement About You: A deep understanding of mental health systems and best practice Experience in quality assurance, reflective practice, and co-production Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills A commitment to person-centered, evidence-based care If you're passionate about transforming mental health support and making a tangible difference, we'd love to hear from you.
