Summary
Work as a senior clinical leader responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced practice education and advanced practice roles across theGroup, in line with NMC guidance Work closely with the corporate management team, site Directors of Nursing and Midwifery divisional directors to ensure an ACP/ANP and AMP workforce that meets service needs. Proactively influence local, regional, and national priorities related to advanced clinical practice. Establish credible working relationships at all levels and work alongside the seniorleadership teams to guide and support divisional leadership teams in workforce transformation. Lead Advanced Clinical Practice Steering Group and represent the Groups advancedlevel practice at a local, regional, and national level Work flexibly across all internal and external sites as required. Ensure alignment with key advanced practice national policies, frameworks, and guidance from regulatory, professional, and advisory bodies. Lead the initiation, development and effective implementation of guidance, clinicalgovernance, competency assessment and continuing education for both trainee andtrained ACPs. Lead the development and integration of the Groups ACP workforce that meets theorganisations vision and the objectives of the NHS People Plan (2020) Ensure progressive improvement in the recruitment, education, and retention of the ACP workforce across the Group.
