We are recruiting on behalf of our Automotive busy fleet workshop Client for a LCV Technician / Van Technician based in the Swansea area.
Benefits for the LCV/Van Technician:
- Starting salary from £20 per hour. (£42,000 basic wage)
- Access to an annual commitment bonus paying circa £600 as well as a profit share bonus scheme dependent on the company's annual performance (paid £700 per person in 2024)
- Overtime, subject to availability, paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.
- 23 days annual leave plus Christmas and New Year off (other bank holidays are to be worked as and when they fall on your schedule)

- Full in-house and off-site manufacturer-approved training resulting in a salary increase
- Opportunity to work on a fantastic product and maintain a fleet that is essential to the local area.

Responsibilities of the LCV/Van Technician:
- General Servicing
- Repair of Vehicle Defects
- MOT preparation and repair work
- Vehicle Inspection
- Completion of associated paperwork
- Diagnostics
Requirements of the LCV/Van Technician:
- Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent as a LCV Technician / Van Technician
- Working experience within a busy LCV Workshop
- Have an up-to-date knowledge of current repair methods
- Driving Licence is Essential.
The salary of this Van Technician position is £42,000 basic with OTE of £43,300.
