Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established team at their Nottingham office. Reporting to the FD, you will be the point of contact for all Office-related tasks.
This role can be considered on a full or part-time basis.
Your new role
- Book and record travel and expenses
- Check documents
- Upload documents to various portals
- Arrange couriers
- Answer calls
- Book training and keep a record
- Order stationery and supplies
- Liaise with suppliers
- Assist with H&S training and risk assessments
- Fire safety checks
- Ensure compliance is met - lighting, fire extinguishers, fire alarm testing etc.
- Arrange PAT testing
- Ensure the office is clean and tidy
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience of working as an administrator.
Strong IT skills - MS Office
Ability to produce a high standard of work
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
Self-motivated, driven and keen to invest in your career
